This payment is for SEVEN 12x12 planks. Additional planks may be purchased at $30 each.

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 5 December 2019

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

Private Workshops will have access of our workshop for 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made after the deadline has passed. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link. Private parties can be a single project, something custom to your group( small custom design fee will apply $25) or include multiple project and design options as a pick your project style workshop.

Terms

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS OR THE MATERIALS YOU WOULD RECEIVE IN THE WORKSHOP! PROJECTS WILL BE RESTOCKED AND THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ON A LATER DATE. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your reservation fee will be turned into a store credit minus 20% that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainie@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
