Private Party Deposit

In order to secure a date, you MUST submit the $75 deposit. Please indicate in the notes section at checkout at least 2 dates and times that you would like to secure and our coordinator will reach out within 24hrs to coordinate a date/time.

Private Party Guidelines:

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 7 days prior to your event. 


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 

  • Mon & Thursday-Friday Mornings at 10am; 6 guests 
  • Mon-Thurs Evenings; 8 guests  (except on holidays min is 10)
  • Fri.-Sunday Evenings 2pm (Sat&sun only), 4pm, 5pm or 6pm; 10 guests       
  • Sat. at 10 am;8 guests & Kids 10min

The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least the minimum guests registered based on policy minimums above by the Deadline  which is 7 days prior to event as our team needs to prepare all projects ahead of time, your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded

After minimum is met: Once you have met your minimum (7 days before event) We will leave registration open up until 24 hours before your workshop, in the event you have extra guests who would like to join your party. If any guests would like to book with less than 24 hours notice they will have to message the store to reserve their seat and they will only be allowed to do a  project with a design from our Open Paint gallery.

Time allotted for Private events: Private Workshops will have access of our workshop for 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

May I bring food and Drinks? :  As the host, you agree to have any food/drinks or anything you bring with you, cleaned up within the allotted time. We ask you to please respect the timeline given and pace yourself accordingly.

note* As the host, you understand that we may charge you an additional $30 from your deposit for every half hour over the allotted time, in order to pay our staff.

Our Workshop is also available for rental reservation of $75 non refundable rental fee and allots a 2.5-3hr block. 

 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link. Private parties can be a single project, something custom to your group( small custom design fee will apply $25) or  include multiple project and design options as a pick your project style workshop.

Terms

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your reservation fee will be turned into a store credit minus 20% that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainie@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
