Private Party Deposit for Foothill Family Shelter
In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $75 deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.
To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least number or guests below at min $45 per person
- Mon & Wed-Friday Mornings at 10am; 6 guests
- Mon-Thurs Evenings; 8 guests
- Fri.-Sunday Evenings 2pm, 4pm, 5pm or 6pm; 9 guests
- Sat. at 10 am;8 guests & Kids 10min
- FUNDRAISERS must have min of 10 people
The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least the minimum guests registered based on policy minimums above by the Deadline which is 10 days prior to event as our team needs to prepare all projects ahead of time, your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Private Workshops will have access of our workshop for 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. If you wish to extend past your 2 hour block we can accommodate and deposit turns into a rental fee for up to an extra hour.
Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link. Private parties can be a single project, something custom to your group( small custom design fee will apply $25) or include multiple project and design options as a pick your project style workshop.
